Sheena Gullett, and Justin Lonich, were driving down a dirt road in a remote area in northern California when their vehicle got stuck in the snow. They spent the night in the car and the next morning attempted to hike to the nearest highway, but got separated and couldn’t find each other due to heavy snowfall. Lonich hiked for two days to the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office and Gullett returned to the car and survived on yogurt and snow until she was rescued on April 20th.
