Veterans Head to Washington DC For Leatherstocking Honor Flight

We had an incredible day in Washington, DC Saturday.  A group of over 70 Vietnam War Veterans traveled on Leatherstocking Honor Flight.  It was an honor and a privilege to share the day with these Veterans who served during a very difficult time in our History.  Many have been long time PYX 106 listeners!  

There were plenty of laughs, tears, and amazing moments along the way including a group of high school students singing to the Vets on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial to a very special wreath laying ceremony at the Vietnam Memorial Wall.
