Sometimes we wish we could make these stories up but this is one that we can't. A pigeon was arrested for its role in smuggling drugs between Iraq and Kuwait.
Police tracked the bird's progress and found it wearing a homemade backpack filled with Ectasy pills.
According to the report carrier pigeons are being used more and more in that region to get drugs to their destinations.
