Shrimp Named After Pink Floyd

(Oxford, England)  --  A  newly-discovered species of shrimp is being named after Pink Floyd.  The  "synalpheus pinkfloydi" was recently discovered by the Oxford  University Museum of National History, and uses a large pink claw to  make a noise so loud it can kill small fish.  The scientists who found  the shrimp said, "We are all Pink Floyd fans, and we always said if we  would find a new species of pink shrimp, we would name it after Pink  Floyd."
