Trans-Siberian Orchestra Founder Paul O'Neill Has Died

Photo: Dr. John Cooper

I suppose shock is about the only word I can use to describe this news. Paul O'Neill, the founder of Trans-Siberian Orchestra, has passed away. He was only 61-years-old.

Last November of 2016 I had the chance to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra perform in Omaha, NB to open up their tour. It was incredible. The photo above was taken of myself and Paul backstage at the show.

The band put up an official statement via Facebook saying that he died from a chronic illness.

He will certainly be missed.
