The Schenectady Police Department is actively searching for Joshua Pierce, a 53-year-old vulnerable adult who has been missing since November 20. Pierce was last seen near Wyllie Street in Schenectady. Described as a Black man, Pierce is approximately 5’7” tall, weighs around 150 pounds, and has a bald head with a grey beard. He walks with a limp and was last seen wearing an army camouflage outfit. Importantly, Pierce does not own a vehicle, which may impact his mobility.

Authorities have not released a current photo of Pierce, making public assistance crucial in locating him. The Schenectady Police Department urges anyone with information regarding Pierce’s whereabouts to contact their non-emergency line at (518) 630-0911 or the Detective Division at (518) 382-5200 ext. 5245.

The community is encouraged to remain vigilant and report any sightings or information that may assist in the search for Pierce. The police department continues to prioritize this case and is hopeful for a safe resolution.
