I am nominating Detective Sergeant Ralph Southworth of the Troy Police Department because he has changed my life. I am a police cadet with the Troy Police Cadet Post, Detective Sergeant Southworth is the lead advisor in the post. He has put so much time and effort into helping youth with the dream of becoming police officers. He cares about the community and our future. If anyone deserves this award it is him, he is an amazing person.
