Sad news to report this Monday afternoon. The legendary Charlie Daniels has passed away at the age of 83 after suffering a stroke.

Absolute Publicity, Inc. said Daniels passed away Monday morning at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage after doctors say he suffered a stroke.
Of course we'll always remember for his iconic 1979 hit song, "The Devil Went Down to Georgia."
