Kathy Griffin Apologized for this... Was She right to do so?

UPDATE: "SEAT OF JUDGMENT HAS SPOKEN" AND THE PEOPLE OF THE CAPITAL REGION VOTED...

NO POST

Looks like the people in charge of laying down heavy fire against dissent in this country got to Kathy Griffin?

ACCORDING TO USA TODAY: "Threats "knowingly and willfully" made against the president, president-elect, vice president or vice president-elect are a class E felony under federal law. That includes any "threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm" upon those officials."

Is that what she did? Is a Paper Mache Trump Head the definition of a president? Or just the kind of idolatry of which we're to subscribe to now?

Who Knows? Did they show up at her front door? It's seems like it's Kathy Griffin, being Kathy Griffin...

Whatever she want's to do is fine with me (Quinn) but if there are law's of holding the bloodied head of the US President for a photo then Why is it still all over TMZ?

I'm sure there's more to this story than we've heard, but how about her apology video... She looks like she's been through the Full Political Ringer, Secret Service etc...

Thoughts?

First of all... I can't remember the last time Kathy Griffin made any kind of noise worth a damn. Point is, it's expected that she would pull this kind of stunt but is it legal, can we post it? SHOULD WE POST IT?

Should she have to apologize? Should ALL Anti Political Photography or Art Work depicting any sitting politician be off limits?

If So... Think about the slippery slope that takes us down... Quinn
