It seems you can't get away from Ron Burgundy this week. He hosted a newscast in North Dakota. He's starred in Dodge (Yodge) Durango commercials. Ben & Jerry's released the new "Scotchy, Scotch, Scotch" ice cream. This week on ESPN, he interview Payton Manning. And the week isn't over yet...

When it comes to promoting their movie, no one does a better job of Will Ferrell. Whether you think he's the funniest SNL Member of ALL Time or Not, you have to respect his ability to own the media when his movies come out. Even the bad ones...

The new Ron Burgundy-branded Scotch called "Great Odin's Raven Special Reserve" is the best product tie into a movie character ever. For $25 a bottle, the marketer in an online newsletter described the brand as "a great opportunity to sell a high-quality product and embrace a promotional wave spearheaded by one of the funniest characters to hit the big screen in decades." Orders from stores will be shipped with stand-up displays of Ron Burgundy. Classic!
