The Queen Forever album that Brian May and Roger Taylor are working on may not include the songs that Queen and Freddie Mercury recorded with Michael Jackson.

May tells us, "We're still kind of wrestling with" whether they will be included -- which, translated, means that the record labels for Queen and Jackson have yet to reach an agreement. But Taylor adds, "I think it would be frivolous to bury it away because it's a great piece of work."

There is still no release date for the album, which is primarily made up of unreleased material Queen recorded with Mercury.
