Paul McCartney reportedly spent last week house hunting in Manhattan before flying back to England on Monday. With wife Nancy Shevell, he checked out a 33-hundred square foot four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment with views of Central Park. Located on the 16th floor of a Fifth Avenue building that was once the Adams Hotel, the pad has a mahogany paneled library and formal dining room. The asking price is $12,900,000.
Macca and Nancy each own apartments in Manhattan and homes in the Hamptons section of Long Island, New York. He also has houses in England, Scotland, Los Angeles and Arizona.
