Mick Jagger and Martin Scorsese have signed actress Olivia Wilde for the '70s-themed dramatic series they're developing for HBO. Rolling Stone reports that Terence Winter, who has scripted The Wolf of Wall Street, The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire, has written the pilot episode.
Recognized for TV's House and such movies as Rush and Tron: Legacy, Wilde will play the wife of Bobby Cannavale's lead character, a struggling record company executive.
The yet-to-be-named project, which has still not received a final "green light" from the cable network, was originally planned as a movie.
