Bruce Springsteen has been the subject of a few exhibits, most notably at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. But now instead of you having to travel to Cleveland, all you have to do is saunter over to your PC, as an online Springsteen museum will debut next month.
Called Blinded by the Light
after his song of the same name, it will feature more than 300 artifacts including handwritten lyrics, concert posters, report cards, a passport photo, driver's license and more. It has been put together by Michael Crane who will give away some of the contents, including Springsteen's 1957 Chevy Bel Air Convertible, through a contest every six months.
Meanwhile, Springsteen has posted two more concert performances on his website -- his version of The Clash's "Clampdown" along with "Joe Hill." Bruce resumes his tour tonight at the Times Union Center followed this week by Hershey, Pennsylvania and two in Connecticut this weekend and that's it... for now.
