Ace Frehley isn't happy about the criticism he's received from Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley ever since they nixed an onstage reunion of the original KISS lineup at their Rock and Roll Hall of fame induction this April. The guitarist tells us he's particularly ticked off with some of the reasons his former bandmates gave for not doing it.

Like Stanley, Frehley has recently been doing promotion -- for his Space Invader album, which came out Tuesday. That seems to have ratcheted up the rhetoric on both sides. Ace has let loose with a series of condemnations of comments made by Simmons about immigrants, poor people and depression, and he intimates in one interview that Gene's not really down with gays, either.

Strangest of all, in a different interview he said he'd like to have Simmons guest on his next album, which he plans to start recording pretty soon. Go figure.
