An emotional ceremony at a Troy charter school Friday morning.  The Ark Community Charter School held what could be its final annual student achievement "Moving Up" ceremony. 

The school in North Central Troy will close unless a final appeal overturns the move next week.

The state has said the school is not meeting standards.  If the school closes, more than 200 students and about 30 employees will be out.  Ark opened in 2001.

Ten kids were honored Friday for having perfect attendance for the entire school year.  Here are some photos from the ceremony:
