Wanting his own “taste,” a Cobleskill man is charged with breaking into the same restaurant twice, according to the New York State Police.
Andrew Harte, 48, is facing two counts of Burglary (3rd Degree). He was arraigned in Cobleskill Town Court and sent to the Schoharie County jail on $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond and is due back court at a later date.
Police say that back in June of 2013, a burglary was reported at "A Taste of Europe" on State Route 145 in Cobleskill. Entry was forced and alcohol was stolen. Then two months later, on Labor Day weekend 2013, a second burglary was reported and food was taken. It took police 10 months but they arrested Harte on Monday, April 7.
